Sementara itu, Ketua Tim Pemenangan Anas, Ahmad Mubarok menyatakan bahwa yang dimaksud oleh Anas yakni di demokrat saat ini tidak ada figure yang sekuat SBY, sehingga visi dan pengaruh SBY harus dijwantahkan dalam struktur kepengurusan partai.
"Bukan ingin menghilangkan sosok dan penagruh SBY," ungkap Mubarok.

Mubarok juga mengatakan bahwa pihaknya telah menyususn struktur baru kepengurusan PD jika Anas menang yang akan ditawarkan dalam Kongres Partai Demokrat di Bandung, Mei 2010 mendatang.

"Struktur Partai Demokrat ke depan sudah dibuat tim, berbeda dengan yang ada sekarang," ungkap Mubarok.

Mubarok menjelaskan, struktur yang dibangun kubu Anas bertujuan untuk membangun kebersamaan. Sehingga Ketua Dewan Pembina nantinya bukan lagi pengambil keputusan tertinggi, melainkan keputusan diambil secara kolektif oleh semua anggota Dewan Pembina. Begitu juga dengan keputusan DPP, Ketua Umum nantinya tidak akan bisa mengambil keputusan sendiri.

Menurut Mubarok, struktur yang ditawarkan pihak Anas ini untuk mengantisipasi masa depan jika Partai Demokrat sudah tidak lagi memiliki tokoh sentral seperti Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).

Kader Partai Demokrat saat ini harus bisa membayangan Partai Demokrat tanpa SBY di masa depannya. Harus disadari, lanjut Mubarok, pada 2014 nanti Partai Demokrat sudah tidak memilikisuperstar. "Kalau sekarang Partai Demokrat memang masih ketergantungan terhadap Pak SBY," tambah Mubarok.

Mubarok juga mengakui adanya tekanan politik yang semakin gencar dilakukan kubu Andi Mallarangeng terhadap DPC dan DPD yang mendukung Anas.

Dalam beberapa kesempatan, ungkap Mubarok, tekanan terhadap DPC dan DPD jelas sekali dirasakan. Mubarok mencontohkan, saat acara silaturahmi antara Anas dengan DPC dan DPD, ada salah satu DPC dari propinsi Banten yang dilarang mengikuti acara tersebut karena mendapat perintah dari DPD yang mendukung Andi Mallarangeng.

Begitupun saat acara deklarasi yang digelar pekan lalu, ada sejumlah DPC yang tidak bisa menghadiri acara itu karena adanya tekanan politik. "Kami juga merasakan DPC-DPC yang mendukung kami merasa terintimidasi," jelasnya

Piala Dunia 2010 - The over the counter sales of tickets kicked off on Thursday at the 11 ticketing centres and 600 FNB branches countrywide.

"75 000 of those were sold at FNB branches, 25 000 at the ticketing centres and about 30 000 via FIFA.com and Call Centre," FIFA said on Saturday.

According to FIFA, things appeared to have moved smoother on Friday than they did on Thursday. The system's improved speed helped fast track Friday's transactions.

Due to high demand of over- the-counter sales, at both Ticketing Centres and FNB branches when they went on sale across the country on Thursday - chaos erupted at some centres.

There were scenes of excitement, anger, frustration and outright chaos at many ticketing centres when problems emerged with the online system.

Fifa has announced that tickets for the opening and closing matches were sold out.

The 11 Ticketing Centres include the Lifestyle Mall in Polokwane; in Cape Town at the Spearhead; in Durban at Sun Coast Casino and Gateway Shopping Centre; in Johannesburg at Maponya Mall in Soweto and Laico Isle in Sandton; Loch Logan Waterfront Mall in Bloemfontein; Moffet on Main Lifestyle Centre in Port Elizabeth; The Groove Shopping Centre in Nelspruit; Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg and Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria.

The vending machines, which take only credit and ticket purchase cards, give customers step-by-step instructions on how to buy tickets, which will then be printed out.

The second method of purchasing tickets can be done at the 600 FNB branches nationwide which are open five days a week from 9am on 15 April. The process is new and fans can order tickets, make payment and get ticket confirmation immediately; the actual tickets need to be collected at the FIFA ticketing centres or Shoprite/Checkers sales points.

Tickets can also be purchased through FIFA's official website, FIFA.com, from 6pm as well as through the Call Centre Hotline on 083 123 2010 for South African residents or 0041445832010 for international residents.

Susno May Face Lawsuit

Susno Duadji - Former National Police detective chief Comr. Gen. Susno Duadji is facing a possible lawsuit for allegedly engineering murder threat through a short message service [SMS], which was sent to him some time ago, chief police advisor Kastorius Sinaga says.

Video Penangkapan Susno Duadji - Kastorius said that a new finding from the investigation shows that the death threat SMS, which was claimed by Susno, was sent from a mobile phone of Susno’s relative named Rahmat Rohadi.

“Logically, Susno must have acknowledged it [the SMS sender]. There is something fishy about this,” Kastorius said Tuesday as quoted by kompas.com, adding that the detective unit is continuing its investigation on the case.

In January, Susno reportedly received a death threat after testifying at the trial of former Corruption Eradication Commission [KPK] chairman Antasari Azhar, who is proven guilty for masterminding the murder of businessman Nasruddin Zulkarnaen.

Prior to the testimony, Susno was removed from his position following his alleged involvement in the framing of two KPK deputies.

A third installment, exclusive to Sony's PlayStation 3, is out in stores now and selling briskly. Universal is also going to distribute "War of the Gods," aka "Dawn of War," aka "War of the Gods."

Which is now, by the way, being called "Immortals."

Variety also reports that William Hurt has joined the cast of "Immortals" in the role of an Earthly incarnation of the god Zeus, who has already been played this year alone by Sean Bean in "Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief" and Liam Neeson in "Clash of the Titans."

Jika ingin tahu demokrasi terpimpin itu bekerja, simaklah Kongres III PDIP di Sanur, Bali. Semua persoalan, debat, atau wacana, bisa diakhiri bila pimpinan partai sudah memutuskan.

Apa yang dikemukakan oleh Ketua Umum PDIP Megawati Soekarnoputri sepertinya menjadi kebenaran mutlak yang harus diikuti dan dilaksanakan oleh setiap kader partai.

Adanya pemimpin yang kharismatik merupakan kekuatan (sebagian pengamat mengatakan justru kelemahan) dari partai berlambang banteng moncong putih itu.

Megawati, yang sudah memimpin partai itu selama belasan tahun, tetap menjadi sumbu tunggal di PDIP yang menentukan kebijakan partai.

Pengamat politik Tjipta Lesmana menilai kepemimpinan Megawati sangat sentralistik. Oleh para pengikut dan kadernya, Megawati dikultuskan.

Pejah gesang, nderek Megawati. Benar atau salah, apa yang sudah diputuskan Megawati sebagai pemimpin tertinggi partai, harus diikuti dan dilaksanakan.

Jika Megawati sudah menegaskan PDIP tetap oposisi, misalnya, maka menjadi partai oposisi menjadi harga mati.

Itu sudah menjadi garis api yang tidak bisa dilewati oleh siapa pun, termasuk Taufik Kiemas, suaminya sendiri, yang pernah mewacanakan koalisi dengan Partai Demokrat dan pemerintahan Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

"PDIP tetap moncong putih, tolak jadi moncong biru!" begitu teriak aktivis Bendera yang berunjuk rasa di depan Hotel Inna Bali Beach saat Megawati menyampaikan pidato politik emosional yang diwarnai dua kali tangisan.

Moncong putih artinya oposisi. Moncong biru bermakna koalisi karena biru adalah warna Partai Demokrat.

Maka kontroversi Moncong Putih versus Moncong Biru punah sudah ketika Megawati pada pidato pembukaan Kongres memutuskan partai itu tetap berada di jalur oposisi dan menjadi penyeimbang pemerintah.

Partai nasionalis ini enggan menjadi Moncong Biru dan menolak iming-iming koalisi yang digagas Taufik Kiemas, Ketua Dewan Pertimbangan PDIP.

PDIP, menurut Megawati, akan tetap mengikuti takdir sejarah bahwa kekuasaan yang diberikan oleh rakyatlah yang akan diterima partainya, bukan kekuasaan yang diberikan oleh pihak lain.

Jika sampai banting haluan dari opisisi ke koalisi, ideologi PDIP bakal luntur dan hancur.

"Kita diajarkan dan ditakdirkan oleh sejarah untuk mengangkat harga diri. Itu lebih utama dari urusan bagi-bagi kekuasaan. Kita tidak akan menjadi bagian dari kekuasaan yang tidak berpihak pada rakyat," kata Megawati dalam pidato politik 45 menit yang berapi-api.

Pupus sudah

Begitulah. Mega sudah memutuskan oposisi, maka impian sejumlah kalangan dalam PDIP untuk koalisi pupus sudah. Impian untuk menjadi menteri di kabinet SBY bila ada pergantian pasca Pansus Bank Century, terpaksa harus dibuang jauh-jauh. Para penggagas Moncong Biru gigit jari.

Suasana pasca pidato politik di arena dan di luar Kongres berubah. Poster-poster dan spanduk yang ada tinggal yang mendukung oposisi. Yang pro koalisi sudah terpental.

Di pintu masuk Bali Inna Beach Hotel berjejer spanduk yang dipasang sejumlah DPD PDIP yang mendukung pilihan oposisi dan menolak koalisi. Orang-orang yang mengenakan kaos putih "Oposisi Harga Mati" makin banyak berlalu lalang dan bergerombol.

Di Jakarta, pekan lalu ada spanduk hitam yang dipampang dekat gerbang masuk Gedung DPR Senayan. Spanduk itu bicara soal pilihan menjadi oposisi atau koalisi.

Lambang PDIP tampak di tengah spanduk. Di sebelah kiri gambar banteng itu ada tulisan "Koalisi" berwarna putih dengan tanda panah di bawahnya menunjuk dua nama, yaitu Taufik Kiemas dan Puan Maharani.

Sedangkan tulisan "Oposisi" disisi lainnya juga disertai anak panah yang menunjuk Megawati dan Prananda (putera Megawati). Di atas lambang partai tertera pertanyaan: "Anda pilih yang mana?".

Spanduk itu kini telah hilang. Barangkali karena pilihan sudah jelas dan lugas. Megawati pilih oposisi. Itu garis partai yang sudah tidak bisa diganggu-gugat lagi. Layar sudah dikembangkan. Itu berarti surut untuk mundur dan kembali lagi.

Sesaat setelah menegaskan keputusannya beroposisi, Megawati mengutip ucapan bijak ayahnya, Bung Karno, pendiri Republik ini.

"Kerjakanlah kewajibanmu dengan tidak menghitung-hitung akibatnya. Majulah terus, jangan mundur. Mundur hancur, mandeg ambleg, bongkar, maju terus", katanya.

Kini tinggal para pengamat dan analis politik yang ramai mengomentari keputusan itu. Ada yang bilang bahwa bagi PDIP menjadi oposisi atau koalisi tidak banyak dampaknya bagi perolehan suara partai tersebut.

Pada Pemilu 2009 dengan posisi oposisi, PDIP hanya memperoleh 95 kursi (14 persen suara) dan menempati posisi ketiga setelah Partai Demokrat dan Golkar. Pada saat berkuasa pada Pemilu 2004, PDIP tidak bisa mempertahankan kemenangannya.

Artinya, PDIP kurang bisa memainkan perannya baik ketika berkuasa maupun ketika menjadi oposisi.

Saat berkuasa, tidak bisa menghasilkan kebijakan yang menarik publik. Saat beroposisi juga tidak bisa menggoreng isu yang menarik publik.

Itulah tantangan bagi pengurus baru PDIP periode 2010-2015.
